To apply for this job you need to have certain characteristics.
You need to be good at solving problems this is essential as to do this job you need to work independently and therefore need to be able to solve problems and work things out for yourself.
You need to pay high attention to detail and have a high quality finish you need to do this because we want the website to be of a good quality so that people will want to visit it.
Another thing that we are looking for is a previous background in design so you are able to work well and  bring good ideas to the business.
Also you need to have a good eye for design and be able to keep up with current trends - this is essential to the job as if we don't have an up to date website we won't do as well as a business. 
To apply for this job you must of have a good understanding of Adobe Creative Suites, good flash skills and experience in web design and layouts this is important because without it you will struggle to do the job.
Lastly you are expected to have good people skills so that you get on with the rest of the staff and customers.

Some threats and risks that could occur from using IT based communication in a large company are: 
Spam - people could easily post too much onto an account and post a lot causing spam also some people could abuse it and post random stuff all the time.
Privacy of information - if you are using IT based communication within a large company there is a risk that someone could hack your account and get personal information about the workplace and the employees.
Cyber Bullying - if two people don't get on in the company they could continue to argue with each other online and this could lead to cyber bullying.
Uploading/Using Digital Content - People need to be careful when using digital content that it isn't  copyrighted because you could be fined for using copyrighted music and video.

Why is blogspot an effective method of communication?

Blog spot is an effective method of communication because it can be updated anywhere for example if you have been doing something at work and you need to finish it you can go on a computer at home and continue it. Another good thing is that you don't need to carry around paper you can just save it on a computer and because you are not using any paper it is good for the environment. Also other people can view your work on blogspot and leave feed back this is useful especially when you are doing work and your teacher/ boss needs to look at it. Lastly if you follow a blog you will get email notifications this makes it easy to see when there are new posts.

Risks and Safety Issues.

The are some risks with using blog spot and other social networking sites like someone could hack your account and if you leave yourself logged in people can access your work this is bad because if you worked for a big company like Apple and your computer had secrets about a new iPhone it could cost the company money and you could be fired. Another thing is that if you give out personal information on a social networking site people who you don't know could get hold of personal details like your address and phone number also you could be cyber stalked if someone finds out where you live and pretends to be someone else. Also if you put things like    when you go on holiday it is more likely that someone will  burgle your house. To stop any of this from happening you should not put personal information on social networking sites and if you do have high privacy settings. Also you should change your password regularly to stop people hacking your account.
